3. Expanded documentation

Online help has expanded with executable examples and illustrations for graphical functions. Page categorization carries on, but it is still missing chapters to give an extensive overview of Scilab or to know how to use it, generally speaking. This lack of material is partially offset by additional well-written resources at the official Scilab website.
